The Effect of Salicylic Acid on Rate Germination and Seedling Establishment on Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.)

- Laboratory tests were conducted in CRD design in 2013, treatments were combination of three levels of salicylic acid (0, 500, 1000 mM) in three varieties on rapeseed which replicated 3 times. Analysis of variance of laboratory data showed that treated with salicylic acid had a significant effect on germination rate, seed weight, seed vigor index, a non-significant. Impact on germination percentage, root length, Length of the plumule and dry weight. The results showed that pre-treatment had seed germination and seedling establishment is increasing rapidly. Which could contribute to the formation of uniform field play and seed RGSOO3 as quality is better.
